About the Role

Agentic Academy Labs is looking for a motivated SEO Intern to join our Marketing team in a fully remote role. As an AI education platform that teaches students how to build with AI tools, LLMs, and modern development frameworks, we depend on a strong organic search presence to reach learners across India and beyond. This internship offers hands-on experience in search engine optimization within the exciting intersection of edtech and artificial intelligence. You will work on real campaigns, contribute to live content, and see your optimizations drive measurable results.

What You Will Do

• Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush to identify high-value search terms in the AI and education vertical.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking structures, and image alt text across our blog and resource pages.
• Learn the fundamentals of technical SEO, covering site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, structured data implementation, and XML sitemaps.
• Create detailed content briefs that guide writers and content creators in producing search-optimized, user-friendly content aligned with our editorial calendar.
• Analyze content performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO dashboards to uncover actionable insights.
• Support competitor analysis and backlink research to identify growth opportunities in our niche.
• Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into every piece of content we publish.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Google Keyword Planner.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals including meta tags, heading hierarchy, URL structure, and content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site speed, indexing, robots.txt, and structured data.
• Ability to craft clear, actionable content briefs for editorial and content teams.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent written communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
