About this role

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Management Intern who is curious about how great products are built from idea to impact. At Agentic Academy Labs, you will work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and design to shape features and experiences that help students learn to build with AI. This is a hands-on internship where you will contribute to real product decisions, not just observe them.

If you enjoy understanding user problems, writing clear specifications, and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Write and maintain product specifications and user stories for upcoming features in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • Lead discovery sessions with engineers and designers to explore problems, validate assumptions, and define solution directions.
  • Prioritize work using frameworks and data-driven reasoning, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Create and update product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring the team always knows what matters most and why.
  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability sessions to gather insights that inform product decisions.
  • Analyze product metrics such as engagement, adoption, and retention to evaluate feature performance and identify opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by presenting findings, leading sprint planning discussions, and communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews and engineering standups to stay connected to how ideas become reality.

Why Join Us

  • Real ownership: You will own specific product areas and see your work shipped to thousands of learners.
  • Mentorship: Work closely with experienced product leaders who care about your growth and career development.
  • Modern stack: Collaborate with cutting-edge AI tools, LLM-powered features, and modern development frameworks used by a growing education platform.
  • Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule designed for students.
  • Skill building: Gain practical experience in product management, user research, and agile methodologies that are highly valued in the industry.
  • Certificate and recommendation: Complete your internship with a certificate and a strong reference for future opportunities.

This internship is ideal for students who want to build a career in product management or product operations within the AI and education space. You will leave with a portfolio of shipped work, a deeper understanding of product thinking, and connections in the industry.

Program Details

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible based on mutual agreement)
  • Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week
  • Stipend: Competitive monthly stipend
  • Start date: Rolling admissions throughout 2026

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and disciplines. You do not need prior product management experience to apply. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your empathy for users, and your ability to think clearly about complex problems.
