About this role

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team at Agentic Academy Labs. As a remote-first AI education platform, we are building a community of learners, builders, and future-ready professionals across India and beyond. Our social media presence is a key channel for reaching students, educators, and industry professionals who are eager to learn about AI, LLMs, and modern development frameworks.

This internship gives you the opportunity to take ownership of real social media channels, shape our brand voice, and directly contribute to growing an engaged community of AI enthusiasts. You will work closely with our Marketing lead and cross-functional teams to plan, create, and publish content that resonates with our audience.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with our educational themes and campaign goals.
  • Create short-form content including reels, carousels, stories, and text posts that simplify complex AI and tech topics for a student-friendly audience.
  • Monitor daily engagement metrics across platforms, respond to comments and DMs, and foster meaningful conversations within our community.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats in the EdTech and AI space to keep our content fresh, relevant, and discoverable.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to turn technical topics into engaging, bite-sized social media posts.
  • Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and propose data-driven improvements to content strategy.
  • Support campaign launches, webinar promotions, and product announcements through coordinated social media outreach.

Why Join Us

  • Real ownership -- you will manage actual channels, not just observe. Your work will directly impact our community growth.
  • Learn from experts -- work alongside professionals in AI education, marketing strategy, and community building.
  • Flexible remote setup -- work from anywhere with a supportive async-first culture.
  • Skill development -- gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, analytics, and community management.
  • Certificate and recommendation letter upon successful completion of the internship.
  • Be part of a mission -- help democratize AI education and empower students to build with confidence.

Program Details

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible based on mutual agreement)
  • Stipend: Competitive stipend based on experience and commitment
  • Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week
  • Start Date: Rolling admissions throughout 2026

This is an ideal opportunity for students and recent graduates who are passionate about social media, content strategy, and the future of AI education. If you love creating content that sparks curiosity and drives engagement, we would love to hear from you.
