Use this page to ask Agentic Academy Labs to permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it.

How to request deletion

  1. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Agentic Academy Labs.
  2. Submit the form below to open an email to hr [at] agenticacademy.online, or write to that address yourself with the subject “Account deletion request”.
  3. We verify the request against your account, then delete your account and associated data.

Requests are usually completed within 30 days. We may contact you if we need to confirm ownership of the account.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled message. Sending that email submits your request.

What we delete

  • Your account profile (email, name, and sign-in identifiers)
  • Program enrollment and application data linked to your account
  • App preferences and device registration tokens tied to you
  • Support tickets, waitlist entries, and other service data linked to your account (where applicable)

What we may retain

  • Records we must keep under applicable law (for example fraud, security, payment, or dispute-related logs), for only as long as required
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion you will need to create a new account to use Agentic Academy Labs services again.
