What You Will Do

• Outreach & Engagement: Lead outbound outreach campaigns targeting students, college clubs, coding communities, and startup ecosystems to introduce Agentic Academy Labs' programs and resources.
• Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with colleges, universities, student organizations, and ed-tech platforms to expand our campus presence and learning reach.
• Lead Research & Pipeline Building: Conduct thorough market and competitor research, build targeted lead lists, and qualify prospects to feed into our sales and marketing funnels.
• Startup & Campus Pipeline Growth: Develop strategies to tap into India's startup incubators, college innovation cells, and tech communities to build a strong, sustainable pipeline of learners and collaborators.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing and Education teams to design and execute campus events, webinars, referral programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Reporting & Strategy: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversion metrics, and partnership progress. Present insights and recommend strategies to the leadership team.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Business, Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, Arts, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to conduct research efficiently using online tools, LinkedIn, and public databases.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and comfort with targets and KPIs.
• Basic understanding of AI, ML, or emerging technologies is desirable but not mandatory.

Learning Goals

• Understand the fundamentals of business development and partnership strategy in the ed-tech sector.
• Gain hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Learn how to build and manage startup and campus engagement strategies.
