This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts course quality, student engagement, and learning outcomes across our entire program.

What You Will Do

• Design and refine lesson outlines for courses covering AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern development frameworks.
• Create hands-on exercises, quizzes, and projects that help students apply theoretical concepts in practical, real-world scenarios.
• Develop compelling AI learning materials including study guides, tutorials, slide decks, and reference documentation.
• Build and manage student feedback loops by collecting responses, analyzing satisfaction data, and translating insights into actionable curriculum improvements.
• Collaborate closely with instructors, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure curriculum alignment with learning objectives and platform capabilities.
• Research emerging AI trends and tools to keep our courses current, relevant, and ahead of industry standards.
• Track student progress metrics and use data-driven approaches to identify modules that need restructuring or enrichment.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how to structure effective learning experiences.
• Proficiency in written communication with the ability to explain technical topics clearly for student audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning concepts at a foundational level.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote, self-driven environment.
• Basic proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar collaboration platforms.

Learning Goals

• Gain hands-on experience in curriculum development and instructional design within an AI-focused EdTech company.
• Learn how to build student feedback systems and use data to iterate on educational content.
• Understand the end-to-end process of creating AI learning materials from concept to delivery.
• Develop skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and teaching staff.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, content creation, or academic writing.
