About this role

About the Role

Agentic Academy Labs is a fast-growing AI education platform that empowers thousands of students across India to build with AI tools, large language models, and modern development frameworks. We’re looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer Intern to join our remote Engineering team in 2026, where you’ll work on real, production-facing features for our core learning platform — "no busy work, no fake projects."

This 3–6 month remote internship is designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience building scalable web products with modern full stack tools, while contributing to a product that helps other students launch their tech careers. You’ll work directly with our senior engineering team, own features from ideation to launch, and build a portfolio of production-grade work you can showcase to future employers.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with senior full stack engineers to design, build, and ship end-to-end features for our core learning platform, from polished frontend UI to robust backend APIs.
  • Build and optimize responsive, accessible user interfaces using Next.js (App Router, Server Components) to improve the experience for 10,000+ active learners on our platform.
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Bun.js, with PostgreSQL as the primary database for storing learner progress, course content, and AI interaction logs.
  • Debug, test, and iterate on production code, participate in structured code reviews, and contribute to our internal engineering documentation.
  • Work closely with product and curriculum teams to turn learner feedback into shipped product improvements, including new AI coding playground features, progress tracking tools, and personalized learning dashboards.
  • Contribute to open source components of our public platform (if interested) to build your public developer profile.

Why Join Us

  • No busy work: You’ll own real features that ship to production and are used by thousands of learners, not run errands or work on fake side projects.
  • Student-friendly flexibility: Work 15–25 hours per week, with adjustable hours to fit around your college classes, exams, and other commitments. Fully remote, so you can work from anywhere in India.
  • Dedicated mentorship: Weekly 1:1s with senior engineers who have built products at top tech companies, plus structured feedback to help you grow your full stack skills.
  • Portfolio and career growth: Build a portfolio of production-grade full stack work to showcase to future employers, plus a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 for the duration of the internship. High-performing interns will be considered for full-time roles post-graduation.
  • Free access to premium learning resources: Get unlimited free access to all of Agentic Academy Labs’ premium AI, full stack, and development courses during your internship.
  • Community and networking: Join a community of like-minded student developers, with regular virtual team events, hackathons, and networking opportunities with AI industry leaders.
