About this role

About the Role

Join Agentic Academy Labs as a UI/UX Design Intern and help make powerful AI education tools feel clear, useful, and welcoming. You will work with our Product, Engineering, and Education teams to design learning experiences for students who are new to AI, LLMs, and modern development. This remote internship is ideal for a curious designer who enjoys turning complex workflows into simple, attractive interfaces.

You will own meaningful design work from early discovery to polished handoff. Your projects may cover onboarding, course dashboards, lesson players, AI builder workflows, project submissions, progress tracking, and community features. You will create low and high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and usability improvements for responsive products. You will also explore how AI supported tools can help you research, test ideas, and iterate quickly while applying sound product design judgment.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, educators, and other interns to understand learner needs and define practical design solutions.
  • Build wireframes, user flows, interface concepts, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Plan and conduct lightweight usability sessions, synthesize feedback, and turn insights into clear improvements.
  • Design reusable components and patterns that make the product consistent, accessible, and easy to maintain.
  • Create prototypes that communicate interactions and responsive behavior clearly to engineers.
  • Review implemented features, document issues, and refine the experience based on feedback and learner data.
  • Present work in design critiques, explain your decisions, and use feedback to strengthen your problem solving and communication skills.

What You Will Learn

You will gain hands-on experience designing education products for real users. You will learn how to frame a design problem, map a user journey, select the right research method, explore multiple solutions, and iterate based on evidence. You will also learn how designers and engineers collaborate through design systems, responsive specifications, accessibility practices, and developer handoff.

Our interns work with modern AI product tools and participate in build reviews, product demos, and retrospective sessions. This exposure will help you understand how AI education products are designed, tested, and improved in an iterative team environment.

Why Join Us

At Agentic Academy Labs, your work will have visible impact. A dashboard flow you simplify may help a student find the next lesson faster. A clearer AI builder interaction may reduce confusion for a first time learner. A thoughtful accessibility improvement may make the platform easier for more people to use.

You will receive mentorship, constructive design feedback, and opportunities to build a strong portfolio with real ed-tech projects. Our remote culture values ownership, curiosity, clear writing, and steady collaboration. If you want to grow into a product designer while learning how AI tools shape digital education, this internship offers an excellent starting point.
