You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to turn groundbreaking AI concepts into student-friendly features. This is a deep dive into the heart of product discovery, specification writing, and agile prioritization in a fast-paced, modern AI environment in 2026.
What You Will Do
- Conduct user research and discovery sessions with students, mentors, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points in AI learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers and UI/UX designers to draft clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Assist in prioritizing product backlogs, helping define MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and roadmap milestones for new AI tools and features.
- Write user acceptance criteria (UAC) and map out user journeys for cutting-edge LLM-based features.
- Shadow product roadmap meetings and contribute insights on market trends in AI education.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong curiosity about AI technologies, LLMs, and the modern software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear user stories.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and prioritization frameworks.
- A passion for edtech and a student-centric mindset, eager to build tools that actually solve student problems.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience writing specs or working in a product-led environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Miro.
- Personal projects involving AI, product design, or software development.
