Product Management Intern

Agentic Academy Labs is a fast-growing AI education platform dedicated to teaching students across India and globally how to build with AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and modern development frameworks. Our 2026 Product Management Internship is a remote, 3-6 month program designed for curious, driven students who want to gain hands-on experience building products for the next generation of tech learners.

About the Role

As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our senior product team, engineering leads, and design team to shape the future of our learning platform. You will own small-to-medium product features end-to-end, from initial user discovery to post-launch iteration, gaining real-world PM experience that you can showcase in your portfolio. This role is fully remote, with flexible hours designed to fit around your college schedule, and includes a competitive monthly stipend for Indian-based interns.

What You Will Do

You will dive deep into core product management workflows, with a focus on the key skill areas you’re eager to learn:

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams on product discovery: conduct user interviews with student learners, analyze platform feedback, and identify high-impact pain points to solve
• Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain detailed product specs for features including our AI coding assistant tools, course progress dashboards, and student project collaboration hubs
• Work with the product team to prioritize features and roadmap items using frameworks like RICE and MoSCoW, aligning work with our 2026 learner experience goals
• Shadow cross-functional sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives to understand how engineering, design, and product teams ship high-quality features on schedule
• Track post-launch feature performance using basic product analytics, and share data-backed insights with the team to inform future iterations
• Support product operations tasks including documenting team processes, coordinating beta tests with student user groups, and updating learner-facing product FAQs

Requirements

Required

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (any stream, with preference for Business, Computer Science, Design, or Humanities) with at least 2 semesters remaining until graduation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic familiarity with core product management concepts (e.g. you may have completed a short PM course, led a student project or club, or built a small side hustle)
• Comfort with remote, async collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Zoom) and ability to work independently in a distributed team
• Genuine passion for AI, edtech, or building tools that help students learn and grow

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience with product tools including Notion, Jira, Figma, or Google Analytics
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles, or hands-on coding experience in any programming language
• Experience leading cross-functional student projects, hackathons, or startup initiatives
• Familiarity with popular AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, or code generation LLMs
