About the Role

Agentic Academy Labs is on a mission to make AI education practical, accessible, and career-shaping for learners across India. As our Operations Intern, you will sit at the center of how we actually get things done. You will own the glue between our delivery and education teams, turning loose processes into clear, repeatable systems that help everyone move faster and serve students better.

This is a hands-on, build-as-you-go role. You will not be fetching coffee or shadowing from the sidelines. You will be writing SOPs, improving the tools we use every day, and coordinating real work that reaches real students. What You Will Do

• Process documentation: Audit how delivery and education teams currently work, then write clear, step-by-step SOPs, runbooks, and checklists that anyone can follow.
• Tooling improvements: Identify gaps in our current tools (project trackers, knowledge bases, communication channels) and propose or build lightweight fixes, templates, and automations.
• Cross-team coordination: Act as the connective tissue between delivery and education. Track deliverables, follow up on blockers, and keep everyone aligned on timelines and ownership.
• Quality and feedback loops: Help run retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and turn them into updated processes so we keep getting better.
• Reporting: Maintain simple dashboards and weekly updates that give leadership a clear view of what is moving and what is stuck.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program (any discipline).
• Strong written communication in English; you can explain a process clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable with common productivity tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and project trackers like Trello or Asana.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to spot gaps and inconsistencies.
• Proactive communicator who follows up without being asked twice.
• Ability to manage your own time and priorities in a fully remote setup.

Learning Goals

By the end of this internship, you will be able to:

• Map and document end-to-end business processes.
• Evaluate and improve tooling for a distributed team.
• Run cross-functional coordination across delivery and education.
• Write SOPs, runbooks, and weekly operational reports.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in an operations, admin, or student leadership role.
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Exposure to EdTech, AI tools, or developer education.
• Basic spreadsheet skills (formulas, pivot tables, simple dashboards).

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible based on your academic calendar).
• Stipend: Performance-based, discussed during the interview.
• Location: 100% remote. Work from anywhere in India.
• Commitment: 20 to 30 hours per week.
