As an Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technology delivery team and our education curriculum creators. You will focus on streamlining our workflows, building robust process documentation, and optimizing the tooling that powers our remote collaboration. What You Will Do

• Process Documentation: Draft, maintain, and improve clear operational process docs to standardize how we deliver AI courses, tools, and learning pathways.
• Tooling & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to evaluate, document, and manage the tooling that facilitates seamless coordination across delivery and education pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the key point of coordination, aligning the technical delivery timelines with curriculum rollouts, course launches, and educational milestones.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks in our delivery and education workflows, propose actionable improvements, and help execute them.
• Logistical Support: Assist in organizing team syncs, planning cross-team initiatives, and tracking project progress using agile trackers like Jira or Notion.

Requirements

To succeed in this remote internship, you should be:

• Currently pursuing a degree in any field, with a strong passion for tech operations, project coordination, or system design.
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
• Strong written communicator, capable of drafting clear, structured process documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with core productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or Trello) and eager to learn about modern delivery tooling.
• A problem-solver who enjoys finding ways to simplify complex workflows and connect different teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in student clubs, event coordination, or managing logistics for tech workshops.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) or curriculum design principles.
