Operations Intern

About the Role

At Agentic Academy Labs, we’re on a mission to make AI skills accessible to every student in India, teaching hands-on, project-based courses in LLMs, AI tooling, full-stack development, and more. As a remote Operations Intern on our 2026 cohort, you’ll work directly with the operations lead to streamline our internal workflows, build scalable tooling, and coordinate cross-team efforts between our education (curriculum, instructor) and delivery (cohort management, student support) teams. This is not a coffee-fetching internship: you’ll own end-to-end projects that directly reduce manual work for our team and improve the experience for thousands of students learning AI skills with us.

What You Will Do

• Document, standardize, and update cross-team operational processes for course launches, cohort management, and student support to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce redundant work
• Build and maintain internal no-code/low-code tooling to automate repetitive tasks, including progress tracking for student cohorts, feedback syncing across teams, and workflow automations using tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for new AI course launches, working with education and delivery teams to track timelines, resolve blockers, and collect post-launch feedback to iterate on future cohorts
• Audit existing operational workflows to identify gaps, propose data-backed improvements, and implement changes that cut down on manual administrative work for the team
• Support ad-hoc operational scaling projects, including onboarding new team members, building internal knowledge bases, and tracking team OKRs to align with company goals

Requirements

Required

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (any stream; Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related fields preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort documenting complex workflows in clear, easy-to-follow language
• Proficiency with core productivity tools: Google Workspace, Notion, or Airtable; experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fully remote, async team environment
• Genuine interest in the AI education space and our mission to make AI skills accessible to all students

Nice-to-Have

• Prior internship or project experience in operations, admin, edtech, or process optimization
• Basic familiarity with student management tools (CRM, LMS, etc.)
• Experience building internal knowledge bases or standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Understanding of core AI/LLM concepts, or prior experience taking AI/tech courses
