Join the Operations team at Agentic Academy Labs and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for students and recent graduates who want to build careers in AI, software development, and modern technology. As an HR Intern, you will support internship hiring operations, candidate screening, onboarding, and internal people processes.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a technology education company attracts, engages, and supports a growing community of interns. You will work alongside the Operations team, collaborate with hiring managers, and gain practical experience using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, communication tools, and video meeting platforms.
What You Will Do
- Support internship hiring operations by organizing applications, updating candidate records, scheduling interviews, and tracking interview progress.
- Assist with initial candidate screening by reviewing resumes against role requirements and completing structured evaluation notes.
- Coordinate interview calendars and send clear, professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Help prepare offer letters, appointment details, welcome kits, and other documents for new interns.
- Support onboarding by collecting required information, maintaining onboarding checklists, and sharing first-day updates with interns.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee data in the company Applicant Tracking System and other approved tools.
- Assist with people operations tasks such as attendance tracking, file management, intern communications, and engagement surveys.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding workflows by documenting recurring issues and suggesting practical improvements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience.
