About the Role
At Agentic Academy Labs, our mission is to equip students across India with the skills they need to build with AI tools, LLMs, and modern development frameworks. To help scale that mission, we are looking for a Flutter Mobile Developer Intern to help bring our learning experiences to the fingertips of students. This is your chance to build polished, fast, and learner-focused mobile applications that will be used by aspiring developers in 2026 and beyond.
What You Will Do
Build Mobile Experiences: Develop and refine cross-platform features for our mobile applications using Flutter and Dart to create a seamless experience for learners on their devices.
Integrate Powerful APIs: Connect our apps to backend services through secure and efficient API integrations, ensuring that course content, quizzes, and AI-powered tools load quickly and reliably.
Polish Every Detail: Pay close attention to the smaller details, from animations and transitions to error handling, to ensure that our apps feel as refined as they are functional.
Prioritize Mobile UX: Work closely with our design team to optimize layouts, accessibility, and responsiveness, with a specific focus on creating an intuitive mobile UX for learners with varying levels of technical experience.
Ship and Iterate: Contribute to real releases, take part in code reviews, and iterate based on feedback from both mentors and users to continuously improve the product.
Solve Real Problems: From offline-friendly experiences to performance optimizations, you will tackle challenges that directly impact how students learn and engage with our platform.

Required Skills
Flutter and Dart: A foundational understanding of Flutter, its widget tree, and the Dart programming language.
API Integration: Familiarity with making HTTP requests, parsing JSON, and working with RESTful APIs.
Clean Code Practices: An understanding of readable, reusable, and maintainable code, along with familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Mobile UX Awareness: A keen eye for detail and an interest in building simple, accessible, and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
A Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and solve problems independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Haves
State Management: Exposure to state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
Mobile Polish: Experience with animations, themes, responsive layouts, or performance optimization in Flutter.
Familiarity with AI Tools: Interest or prior experience using AI tools and LLMs to speed up development workflows.
