About the Role

At Agentic Academy Labs, we are shaping how students learn to build with AI tools, LLMs, and modern development frameworks. As a Data Science Intern on our Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in turning raw data into actionable insights that directly improve our product, learning outcomes, and student experience. This is a hands-on internship designed for students who are passionate about data, curious about educational technology, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact.

What You Will Do

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets across our learning platform and user engagement pipelines
  • Design and maintain interactive analytics dashboards using tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau to visualize key product and learning metrics
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and educators to define KPIs and build reporting frameworks that measure learning outcomes
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on student behavior, course completion rates, engagement patterns, and skill progression to uncover meaningful trends
  • Build automated data pipelines and scheduled reports that keep stakeholders informed with up-to-date insights
  • Present findings through clear data storytelling, translating complex analyses into recommendations that drive product and curriculum decisions
  • Participate in code reviews and data quality audits to ensure accuracy and reliability across all analytics deliverables
  • Work alongside senior data scientists exploring how AI and ML models can personalize the learning journey for every student

Why Join Us

  • Real impact: Your analyses will directly shape how we design courses, improve platform features, and measure student success
  • Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced data professionals who are invested in your growth
  • Skill building: Gain hands-on experience with modern data stacks, cloud environments, and industry-standard tools
  • Flexible and remote: Work from anywhere with a supportive, async-first culture that respects your schedule
  • Learning-first environment: As an AI education company, we practice what we teach and encourage continuous experimentation

Program Details

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months (negotiable based on mutual fit)
