About this role
About the Role
Agentic Academy Labs is looking for a Curriculum / Education Intern to help shape how the next generation of builders learns AI. You will work directly with our curriculum team to design lesson outlines, craft hands-on exercises, and refine AI-powered learning materials that thousands of students use every week. This is a rare chance to see your work ship to real learners fast, get feedback loops in hours not months, and build a portfolio of production-grade educational content.
What You Will Do
- Design lesson outlines for courses on LLM application development, agentic workflows, RAG systems, eval-driven development, and modern AI tooling
- Create hands-on exercises — starter repos, guided notebooks, challenge problems, and capstone project briefs — that let students learn by building
- Produce AI learning materials including prompt libraries, evaluation rubrics, dataset curation guides, and interactive demos
- Run student feedback loops: analyze completion data, survey responses, and forum discussions to identify friction points and iterate content weekly
- Collaborate with engineers and instructors to turn new platform features and SDK releases into teachable moments within days
- Maintain curriculum quality through peer review, automated testing of starter code, and version-controlled content updates
Why Join Us
- Real impact: Your lessons reach 10,000+ active learners across India and globally within your first month
- AI-first workflow: Use LLMs, eval frameworks, and modern dev tools daily — not just teach them
- Mentorship: Pair with senior curriculum designers and ML engineers who have shipped courses at top ed-tech companies
- Portfolio assets: Every outline, exercise, and guide you ship is public-facing and attributable to you
- Flexible remote schedule: 20 hrs/week during academic terms, 40 hrs/week during breaks — you choose the rhythm
- Stipend + perks: Competitive monthly stipend, GPU credits, free access to all Agentic Academy courses, and a letter of recommendation on successful completion
Requirements
Required Skills & Mindset
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Education, Data Science, or a related field (2024-2026 graduates welcome)
- Strong writing & structuring ability — you can break complex technical topics into clear, progressive learning steps
- Hands-on coding comfort in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; you can read, debug, and write starter code for exercises
- Familiarity with LLM fundamentals: prompting, RAG, agents, evals, and the current open-source model landscape (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.)
- Experience with Git/GitHub — comfortable with PRs, markdown, and basic CI concepts
- Empathy for learners — you have tutored, TA'd, mentored, or built side projects that teach others
Learning Goals (What You'll Gain)
- End-to-end curriculum development lifecycle: research → outline → prototype → test → ship → iterate
- Instructional design for technical, builder-focused audiences
- Data-driven content optimization using completion funnels, quiz analytics, and qualitative feedback
- Collaboration across engineering, product, and community teams in a fast-moving AI startup
- Public portfolio of shipped educational content with measurable learner impact
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior open-source contributions to educational repos, coding tutorials, or developer docs
- Experience with Jupyter/Colab notebooks, Streamlit, or Gradio for interactive demos
- Background in competitive programming, hackathons, or building AI side projects
- Familiarity with modern JS frameworks (Next.js, Astro) for full-stack AI app examples
- Active in developer communities (Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X) around AI/ML tooling
