About the Role
Agentic Academy Labs is an AI education platform where students learn to build with AI tools, LLMs, and modern development frameworks. As a QA / Testing Intern, you will help ensure our learning platform, hands-on labs, and AI-powered features ship with confidence. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and educators to catch bugs before they reach learners and to build a strong culture of quality across the product.
This is a remote, hands-on internship. You will test real features used by real students, write clear and reproducible bug reports, and contribute to our automated test suite. If you are detail-oriented, curious, and excited about quality engineering, this role is a great fit.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute manual test cases for new features and bug fixes
- Explore the platform to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and regressions
- Write clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and screenshots
- Build and maintain automated tests using modern testing frameworks
- Run regression suites before each release and report results to the team
- Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and close issues quickly
- Track release quality metrics and suggest improvements to our testing process
- Test across browsers, devices, and different user roles
