About the Role
Agentic Academy Labs is looking for a Flutter Mobile Developer Intern to help us build and polish the mobile experience our learners rely on every day. As an AI education platform, our learners are constantly on the move, and our Flutter app is where they watch lessons, complete exercises, track progress, and connect with the community. You will work alongside our engineering and design teams to ship features, integrate APIs, and refine the mobile UX so that learning feels smooth, fast, and delightful.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain features in our Flutter mobile app for both iOS and Android
Integrate REST APIs for course content, user progress, authentication, and community features
Polish UI components to match our design system and improve overall visual consistency
Collaborate with designers to translate Figma mockups into responsive, accessible mobile screens
Optimize app performance, reduce jank, and improve load times for learners on low-end devices
Write clean, testable Dart code and participate in code reviews with the engineering team
Debug and fix issues reported by learners, prioritizing stability and a great first-run experience
Contribute to our component library and documentation so future features ship faster

Requirements
Required Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Hands-on experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart
Understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar)
Familiarity with REST API integration and JSON parsing in Flutter
Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive layouts
Comfortable using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ship production-grade Flutter features used by real learners
Learn to integrate complex APIs and handle edge cases gracefully
Improve mobile performance and accessibility for diverse devices
Collaborate effectively in a remote engineering team using agile practices
Nice to Have
Experience publishing apps to Google Play or the Apple App Store
Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging)
Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
Contributions to open-source Flutter projects
Experience with automated testing in Flutter (unit, widget, integration tests)
