About the Role
Agentic Academy Labs is building the future of AI education, and we are looking for a curious, driven Product Management Intern to help shape the products our students use every day. In this role you will work closely with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to turn user needs into clear specs, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps. You will get hands-on experience running discovery, writing requirements, and seeing features ship from idea to launch. If you love asking "why" and care about building things students actually want, this internship is for you.
What You Will Do
Partner with engineers and designers to run product discovery sessions and translate findings into actionable specs.
Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements in our project tracker.
Prioritize backlog items using impact, effort, and user value, with guidance from the product lead.
Gather feedback from students and instructors through surveys, interviews, and usage data.
Support sprint planning, standups, and release notes coordination.
Track feature progress and report on outcomes after launch.

Requirements
Required Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, IT, Business, or a related field.
Strong written communication and ability to break down complex ideas into clear specs.
Basic understanding of agile workflows, user stories, and product life cycles.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Figma, or similar is a plus.
Comfortable collaborating remotely across time zones.
Learning Goals
Learn end-to-end product discovery and prioritization frameworks.
Practice writing crisp user stories and acceptance criteria.
Understand how engineering and design teams collaborate to ship features.
Build a portfolio of real product artifacts from a live AI education platform.
Nice to Have
Prior internship or project experience in product, design, or engineering.
