Ready to dive into the world of software quality assurance? As a QA / Testing Intern at Agentic Academy Labs, you will play a critical role in ensuring our AI education platform delivers seamless, reliable experiences to thousands of learners across India and beyond. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to test new features, identify bugs, and maintain the high quality standards that make our courses trustworthy and effective.
This is a hands-on internship where you will gain real experience in both manual and automated testing. Whether you are verifying a new interactive coding environment or running regression tests before a course launch, your work will directly impact how students learn and build with AI. You will learn industry-standard testing tools, write clear bug reports, and contribute to release quality checklists that keep our platform stable and performant.
What You Will Do
- Perform manual and automated testing of web applications and learning platform features
- Write, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for new and existing functionality
- Log detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected results, and severity classifications
- Collaborate with developers to triage and verify bug fixes
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and release cycles as part of an agile team
- Run regression tests and assist with pre-release quality assurance
- Document testing processes and help improve QA workflows over time
- Learn and apply test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or Jest

Required Skills & Background
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and the software development life cycle
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reproduce and document bugs clearly
- Comfortable writing bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity levels
- Willingness to learn and use testing tools such as browser dev tools, Postman, or Selenium
- Good communication skills for collaborating with developers and product managers
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable device for remote work
Learning Goals
- Gain hands-on experience in manual and automated testing techniques
- Learn to write effective test cases and bug reports
