FT/PT Remote AI Prompt Engineering & Evaluation - Will Train

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as AI Prompt Engineers & Evaluators in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on crafting, testing, and evaluating AI prompts to improve the quality and performance of large language models and AI-driven systems. No prior experience is required — comprehensive training will be provided to get you up to speed quickly.

In this position, you will work on a variety of projects involving prompt design, output quality assessment, and iterative refinement of AI-generated content. You will collaborate with AI development teams to identify areas where prompt strategies can be enhanced, ensuring that model outputs align with desired accuracy, tone, and intent. Projects are structured on an hourly basis, offering flexibility for full-time or part-time participation.

Compensation starts at $15–$20 per hour, with bonuses available for high-quality and high-volume work.
