AI Content Creator (Associate Prompt Engineer)

We are hiring an AI Content Creator (Associate Prompt Engineer) to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, optimizing, and testing prompts to drive high-quality AI-generated content across multiple platforms and use cases. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to refine language models' outputs, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities include developing prompt strategies for content generation, conducting A/B testing on prompt variations, analyzing model outputs for quality assurance, and iterating on prompt templates to improve performance metrics. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to understand content needs and translate them into effective prompt designs.
