Community Management Intern

About the Role

Agentic Academy Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Community Management Intern to join our growing Community team. As a remote-first AI education platform, we empower students across India to build real-world AI applications, LLM integrations, and modern software products. Our community of thousands of learners thrives on peer support, collaborative learning, and hands-on project building. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the experience of our students by fostering engagement, moderating discussions, and organizing interactive events on Discord and our community forums.

What You Will Do

• Moderate and nurture daily conversations across Discord channels and community forums, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all learners.
• Plan and execute engaging community events such as live Q&As, project showcases, hackathons, study groups, and expert guest sessions that drive participation and learning outcomes.
• Create and share weekly community updates, announcements, and bite-sized tips that keep students informed and motivated.
• Gather and analyze student feedback, sentiment, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving the community experience.
• Collaborate with the Education, Product, and Marketing teams to align community initiatives with platform goals and student needs.
• Welcome and onboard new members, helping them navigate resources, channels, and community guidelines with a friendly, supportive approach.

Required Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or recent graduate (within two years) in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Active familiarity with Discord, Slack, or other community platforms and their moderation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for student engagement and peer learning.
• Basic understanding of social media, event planning, or content creation.
• Ability to commit 15-20 hours per week with reliable internet access.
