AI Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive the development and deployment of AI‑powered solutions within the energy and natural resources sector, with a particular focus on gas operations. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and senior leadership—to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable AI models that optimize asset performance, improve safety, and reduce operational costs. You will be responsible for gathering market and customer insights, translating them into clear product requirements, and managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration. Success in this position requires a strong grasp of both product management fundamentals and AI/ML technologies, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML or data‑driven products
• Proven track record of launching successful AI‑enabled solutions in industrial or energy contexts
• Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, model evaluation, and MLOps practices
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
• Familiarity with the gas value chain, energy markets, or natural resources industry is highly desirable
