AI Product Manager

Atlys is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and launch of AI‑powered products that enhance user experience and drive business growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive solutions. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to go‑to‑market strategy and post‑launch optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of machine learning concepts, a track record of delivering successful AI products, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. You will be responsible for setting KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating based on user feedback and data insights. • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with AI/ML products
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and how they apply to product solutions
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps, write detailed specifications, and prioritize backlogs
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data‑driven decision making and A/B testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• Passion for staying current with AI trends and emerging technologies
