Desk 4.0 is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of cutting-edge artificial intelligence products. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of engineers, data scientists, and designers.

Role Overview

As an AI Product Manager, you will define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive execution for AI-powered solutions that solve real-world problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences. Your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI will be crucial in shaping product roadmaps that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML products from ideation to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities for AI innovation
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI product success, including model accuracy, latency, adoption, and business impact
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to leadership
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance with evolving regulations

• 8-13 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, LLMs
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered features or products at scale
• Strong technical background: ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and ML engineers
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, A/B testing for ML systems
• Excellent communication skills: translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
