How Mentorship Works at Agentic Academy Labs
Every student in our developer training program in India receives direct access to industry mentors with experience building products at scale. Mentors lead daily live sessions, review your code within 48 hours of submission, and provide personalized feedback on architecture decisions, best practices, and career growth. With only 30 students per batch, mentorship is genuinely personal — not a forum post lost in a crowd.
Our mentorship model covers the full modern stack: Next.js and React for web development, Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile apps, Bun.js and PostgreSQL for backend systems, and DevOps practices including Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. Mentors also guide career preparation including portfolio reviews, interview practice, and LinkedIn optimization.
