Senior DevOps + MLOps Engineer

Luxoft is seeking a Senior DevOps / MLOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise to evolve and operate our core cloud platform while enabling Enterprise-grade machine learning and AI infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will architect, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps workflows that power data-driven products and services for global clients.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on AWS. This includes managing containerized workloads via Kubernetes and Docker, automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools, and implementing comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies.

Key responsibilities include optimizing cloud costs, enforcing security best practices and compliance standards, driving platform reliability through chaos engineering principles, and mentoring junior team members. You will also play a central role in integrating ML model training, versioning, deployment, and inference pipelines into production environments using modern MLOps frameworks.

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
• Deep expertise in AWS services including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, and IAM
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Knowledge of security best practices, networking, and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience mentoring team members
