Remote Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models and generative AI systems. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business requirements into effective prompting strategies that improve model accuracy, reliability, and user experience. You will experiment with prompt patterns, evaluate outputs, build evaluation frameworks, and document best practices. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about LLM behavior, comfortable iterating quickly, and able to communicate complex AI concepts clearly. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to cutting-edge AI products used by global customers.

• 2+ years of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI product development
• Strong understanding of prompting techniques such as chain-of-thought, few-shot, and RAG
• Experience building evaluation datasets and measuring model quality
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
