Remote Prompt Engineer

• 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering for large language models or other generative AI systems, with a verifiable portfolio of successful prompt use cases and performance improvements
• Strong foundational knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), LLM architecture, common generative AI model limitations, and basic AI alignment principles
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools, cloud-based development platforms, and shared workspace software for distributed team coordination
• Excellent written communication skills to clearly document prompt logic, iteration processes, and performance outcomes for cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, while reliably meeting team deadlines and attending mandatory virtual team syncs
• Experience with AI bias mitigation, safety guardrails for generative AI, or fine-tuning LLMs is a strong plus
