About this role
We are seeking talented AI Engineers to join innovative teams building cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. As a Remote AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems that solve complex real-world problems. You'll work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into production environments.
Key responsibilities include researching and implementing state-of-the-art ML algorithms, optimizing model performance for scalability and latency, building robust data pipelines, and contributing to MLOps infrastructure. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, generative AI, and more.
This role offers full remote flexibility with competitive compensation ranging from $64K to $205K annually, depending on experience and location. Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML models in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar)
- Deep understanding of ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning architectures, optimization techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid software engineering practices: version control, CI/CD, testing, code review
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, or similar)
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Ray, or distributed training)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate asynchronously across time zones
- Portfolio of deployed ML projects or contributions to open-source AI projects preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience
