LLM Intern (Large Language Model Intern)

We are seeking motivated LLM Interns to join our cutting-edge AI teams across India. As an LLM Intern, you will work on fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying large language models for real-world applications. This remote internship offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art generative AI, including prompt engineering, model optimization, and integration into production pipelines.

You will collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to experiment with open-source and proprietary LLMs, contribute to benchmarking efforts, and help build scalable AI solutions. The role involves data preprocessing, model training runs, error analysis, and documentation of findings. Successful candidates will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of LLM development—from data curation to deployment monitoring.

This is a paid internship with stipends ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on the host organization and your experience level. The program typically lasts 3–6 months, with flexible hours to accommodate academic schedules. High-performing interns may receive conversion offers for full-time positions.

We welcome applicants from computer science, data science, linguistics, or related fields who are passionate about natural language processing and generative AI. Prior experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks is a plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly are essential.

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals and transformer architectures
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Availability for 3–6 months, 20–40 hours per week
