About this role

Program Overview

Accenture's LLM Engineer Internship Program, based in Warsaw, is an early-career New Associate opportunity designed for students and recent graduates passionate about artificial intelligence and large language model (LLM) development. As part of the Packaged Application Development team, you will work alongside experienced AI engineers, data scientists, and consultants to build, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge LLM solutions for enterprise clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

During your part-time internship, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of LLM projects, including data preprocessing for model training, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and integration of LLM-powered features into client-facing applications. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard LLM frameworks, cloud AI services, and responsible AI development practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-impactful AI solutions. You will also receive dedicated mentorship from Accenture AI professionals, participate in technical training sessions, and have the opportunity to contribute to internal AI research and best practice development.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or a recent graduate within 12 months of the program start date
  • Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and large language model (LLM) architectures and use cases
  • Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/NLP frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the fast-evolving AI space
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, client-focused environment
  • Authorization to work in Poland (or eligibility to obtain a valid work permit for the duration of the internship)
  • Interest in enterprise AI solutions and technology consulting
