We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our team in a remote capacity based in India. This role combines advanced data science, machine learning, and software engineering to develop innovative AI-driven solutions. As a lead, you will guide technical direction, mentor team members, and translate complex business problems into scalable machine learning systems.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy models that deliver measurable impact. The position requires strong ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring. You will also help establish best practices for experimentation, reproducibility, and MLOps within the organization.
