HCLTech is seeking a Gen AI Developer to design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions that drive business value across enterprise clients. In this role, you will work with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and modern AI frameworks to create intelligent applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and cloud platform groups to integrate AI capabilities into production systems. Responsibilities include prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, building evaluation frameworks, and ensuring responsible AI practices. The position is based in a hybrid work model across Chennai, Noida, and Bengaluru, offering exposure to large-scale enterprise AI programs. Candidates should bring strong software engineering fundamentals alongside hands-on experience with generative AI tooling and cloud platforms. You will contribute to solution architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement of AI delivery practices while mentoring junior engineers.
