Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are a fast-growing AI-native startup operating in the Indian insurance sector, looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team in 2026. In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to design, build, and scale end-to-end web and mobile applications that power our core insurance products and AI-driven customer experiences. You will own work across the entire technology stack, from building responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces to developing scalable backend services and integrating machine learning models into production systems. Our core tech stack includes modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python, hosted on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). You will participate in the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization. We prioritize writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and you will take part in regular code reviews, technical design discussions, and team knowledge-sharing sessions. • 3+ years of professional full stack development experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready web or mobile applications
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails)
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and CI/CD best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Prior experience in the insurtech or insurance domain is a strong plus
• Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
