Full Stack Developer

NxtWave is a fast‑growing edtech startup on a mission to make high‑quality tech education accessible to every student in India. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our core product team and help us build scalable, user‑centric learning platforms that serve millions of learners.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will own end‑to‑end feature development — from designing RESTful APIs and database schemas to crafting responsive, accessible front‑end interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new capabilities every sprint. Our stack includes React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on AWS. We value clean code, automated testing, and continuous deployment.

This role offers significant autonomy: you’ll participate in architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to our engineering culture through code reviews, tech talks, and open‑source contributions. • 3+ years of professional full‑stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of Node.js/Express or similar backend frameworks
• Experience designing and optimizing relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Jest, Cypress), and Git workflows
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
