• Experience using AI coding assistants for development, and optional experience contributing to AI model training, fine-tuning, or evaluation for chatbots, generative AI, or other AI use cases
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules, with strong communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional team environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent demonstrable work experience
