FT/PT Remote AI Prompt Engineering & Evaluation - Will Train

DataAnnotation Tech is hiring for fully remote AI Prompt Engineering & Evaluation roles, open to both full-time and part-time candidates with no prior experience required, as comprehensive paid training is provided for all new hires. This flexible role offers hourly pay starting at $15-$20 per hour, with additional performance bonuses for consistent high-quality work and high project volume. In this position, you will craft, test, and refine prompts to improve the performance, accuracy, and safety of large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems. You will collaborate with AI research and product teams to identify prompt gaps, test different prompt structures, and provide detailed feedback on model outputs to train AI systems to produce more relevant, contextually appropriate responses. Daily responsibilities include writing and iterating on prompts for diverse use cases, rating and scoring AI-generated content against predefined quality standards, documenting prompt performance metrics, and participating in team feedback sessions to share prompt optimization best practices. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking to break into the fast-growing AI industry, with no formal technical background required. All necessary tools, training resources, and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the position.
