Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Master’s/PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning (experience requirements vary by role level)
- Proficiency in at least one data-focused programming language (Python, R, or Scala) and strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying machine learning models for real-world use cases
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-obsessed work environment
