• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering
• 2+ years of experience working with large-scale datasets and applying statistical analysis, machine learning, or data mining techniques to solve real-world business problems
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Matplotlib
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple competing priorities
