Agentic AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of agentic systems — from concept and prototyping to production deployment and continuous optimization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and taking autonomous actions across complex business processes.

Key responsibilities include architecting multi-agent frameworks, integrating large language models (LLMs) with tool use and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), implementing orchestration pipelines, and monitoring agent behavior in production. You will also contribute to prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety/alignment guardrails that ensure reliable and trustworthy agent performance.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere while partnering with a global team. • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM-based agents and autonomous workflows
• Familiarity with RAG, function/tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, and prompt engineering
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and modern retrieval techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
